Do I really need a reason?

You all dont understand how giddy I get when the weather is PERFECT!! Sunshine, mid seventies and a little breeze is all I need to be in a great mood, even after getting pulled over in front of my work building but I wont discuss that.  I was just in the mood to wear this leatherette pencil skirt AGAIN, it makes me feel sexy. I really do love it. I am super surprised that forever 21 even still has this skirt.
