Getting my groove back

I am so trying to get back on a regular posting schedule.  Life has just been passing by so fast and lets to be honest a lot of the time I just don't even feel like opening my computer.  You can always keep up with me on Instagram, thats where I like to spend a lot of my time. Thanks for sticking around for your girl. Today I had a few errands to run for fathers day and a cookout to go to and its exceptionally hot and humid here in NC so a simple tank top and my holey jeans were my go to outfit today.  So as to not be too boring, I piled on the jewelry. Arty Tee

The shirt I am rocking today literally has a piece of art on it. Good family friend Jamaal Barber gifted me with his "Gele 1" art piece printed on a tee shirt. The piece of art makes me think of a natural haired confident woman like myself and I knew I would love it.  With jeans and tees being a huge staple in my closet, this arty tee is right at home in my collection. Two bloggers, One Pant

After shooting a fashion segment with fellow blogger Yolande for WNCN, Yolande gave me the pants to keep! Fist pump! With Florals making a big statement for spring again this year, anything floral I want in my closet!! We decided to do a collaboration of how we would wear this cutesy floral pants from target. We are both in North Carolina and the weather here has been so wack, we both incorporated how to wear the floral pants on cooler days.
