Transitioning... SLOWLY

I think the past few weeks have been the coldest weather I've experienced this soon in NC. Usually its still in the mid 90's until after September, so I'm having to bring out the sweaters and light jackets early, I'm not really feeling it but I do love Fall!!

Dress- Target
Booties- Express
Purse- Francesca's collection
Scarf- The Limited (old)
Necklace- Express (old)
